Every concentration you write on this sheet is the result of dividing a vial’s labelled milligrams by a volume of bacteriostatic water — sterile water preserved with 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which is what allows a vial to be entered more than once. What should a peptide log record?

The fields on this sheet are the ones that make an entry reconstructable later: the date, which compound, the vial's labelled milligrams, how much bacteriostatic water was added, the concentration that produces, how many syringe units were drawn, the site, and a free-text note. The reason to record vial size and water volume rather than just a unit count is that units are meaningless without the concentration behind them — the same number of units from a differently reconstituted vial is a different amount of compound.

How is this different from the paid protocol sheet?

This sheet is blank and generic. The paid per-compound protocol sheet included with Standard Access ($14) comes pre-filled from that compound's guide — its reconstitution table worked out at several water volumes, the reported ranges in context, and the handling and storage notes for that specific compound — so there is nothing to look up while filling it in.
