What the store shows on 9 October 2026

The shop lists 41 products: single peptides, blends sold under names such as KLOW and GLOW, and two-peptide "stacks". Each product shows a crossed-out higher price beside the price charged; BPC-157 10 mg, for example, was $49.00 against $74.99, with 3% off three vials, 5% off five and 10% off ten. A wholesale programme offers tiered pricing to distributors. The homepage states that products ship within the United States only, "due to recent regulations".

Research-use wording is prominent. The terms describe the products as for in-vitro laboratory research only, not for human or animal consumption, and require users to be 21 or older. The contact page warns that questions about methods of consumption or dosages will go unanswered, and the FAQ says the store does not sell reconstitution liquids or syringes.

One product description is worth reading against its source. The BPC-157 page says the compound is under investigation in clinical trial NCT02637284. The ClinicalTrials.gov record for that number, read the same day, was last updated in December 2015, gives an estimated completion date of March 2016 and lists its status as unknown.

The certificate library and what one product page lists

A dedicated page offers 85 certificate records that can be searched by product name, SKU, batch or lot, cap colour, purity and date, and previewed or downloaded. Product pages carry a smaller panel of their own. For BPC-157 10 mg it showed two entries: one from Kovera Labs, batch 12-05260628, tested 10 July 2026, with view and download buttons; and one from MZ Biolabs, batch 12-01260229, tested 6 March 2026, with a view button. Keeping an older certificate visible beside a newer one is useful — a buyer can see that batches are tested repeatedly and by more than one laboratory.

The certificates themselves open in a pop-up viewer that does not load without the page's scripts, so we recorded what the product page lists rather than the results printed inside each document. The panel describes the products as "independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories". MZ Biolabs, one of the two laboratories named for this product, makes no claim of ISO/IEC 17025 or any other accreditation on its own site (read the same day). Its own pages also state that a purity test does not cover sterility, endotoxin, heavy metals or pH — a limit worth carrying into the reading of any certificate here.

Where the store's own pages disagree

Four terms read differently depending on which page a buyer opens. None is hidden; they simply have not been reconciled.

Refunds, parcels and payment, as written

The return policy is unambiguous on its main point and strict on the rest. A buyer should read it before ordering rather than after a problem.

• All sales are final: no returns, exchanges or refunds "for any reason". An order that has been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.
• A damaged, defective or wrong order is replaced only where the seller is at fault and the buyer gets in touch within the stated window; after it, nothing is refunded or exchanged.
• Once a parcel is with UPS or USPS, the store says it is not responsible for loss, theft or damage, and proof of delivery ends its responsibility. It recommends a paid shipping-protection add-on at checkout, with claims made to that provider rather than to the store.
• Chargebacks: the policy reserves the right to take legal action if a buyer disputes a charge without first contacting customer service.
• Orders placed after 2 pm Central Time are processed the next business day; the product page says orders before 2 pm, Monday to Saturday, usually ship the same day.
• Payment: Visa, Discover and American Express cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and an ACH bank draft; the terms of use open with an authorisation for a single electronic debit from the buyer's bank account.
• Contact: a mailing address in Kansas City, Missouri, a sales email address, a phone line and stated hours of 9 am to 5 pm Central, Monday to Friday, plus a contact form.
